CobraTrust is designed around a simple journey: create your profile, build trust, share it and understand how customers interact with it.

1. Create your account

A business creates a CobraTrust account and provides the information needed to build its business profile.

2. Complete your business profile

Businesses can add information such as their business name, description, contact details, social links, portfolio and relevant trust proof.

3. Build your public trust profile

CobraTrust organizes the information into a professional public profile that customers can access through a shareable profile link.

4. Customers review the profile

Visitors can learn about the business, review its available trust proof and portfolio material and access the business's available contact options.

5. Businesses understand their audience

CobraTrust analytics can record profile views and interactions such as contact clicks, trust-proof activity, portfolio activity and other supported events.

CobraTrust public trust profiles

A CobraTrust public profile gives a business a single professional place to present itself to potential customers.

Business information

Businesses can provide information that helps visitors understand what the business does, what it offers and how to contact it.

Trust proof

Trust proof can help businesses present relevant evidence, documentation, achievements, work examples or other information they want potential customers to review.

Portfolio

Portfolio content can help customers see examples of a business's work before deciding whether to contact the business.

Contact and social links

Businesses may provide links such as WhatsApp, phone, email, website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn where applicable.

Verification

CobraTrust verification is designed to provide an additional trust signal by reviewing information submitted through the platform's verification process.

What verification means

When a business receives a CobraTrust verification status, it means the submitted information has been reviewed according to the verification process applicable to that profile or service.

What verification does not mean

• It does not guarantee that every transaction with the business will be successful.
• It does not guarantee the quality of every product or service.
• It does not guarantee future business conduct.
• It does not replace customer due diligence.
• It does not mean CobraTrust is a party to a transaction between a business and its customer.

Maintaining verification

CobraTrust may review or request additional information when necessary. Verification may be suspended or removed if information is found to be inaccurate, misleading or inconsistent with the platform's requirements.

Real profile analytics

CobraTrust analytics are designed to help businesses understand what visitors actually do on their public trust profile.

Visitors do not need to have a CobraTrust account for supported public-profile analytics to record an anonymous interaction.

Subscriptions and payments

CobraTrust may provide paid subscription plans that unlock or maintain access to certain platform features.

Payment verification

Where manual payment verification is used, users may be required to provide payment information and upload a payment screenshot.

The submitted payment information is reviewed by the CobraTrust Verification Team. Submitting a form does not automatically mean that a payment has been approved.

Payment approval

A subscription that depends on manual approval becomes active only after the payment has been reviewed and approved through the CobraTrust payment-verification process.

Security and data protection

CobraTrust is designed with account security, controlled access and protected data handling in mind.

Account authentication

CobraTrust may use Firebase Authentication or other authentication infrastructure to securely manage user accounts and sign-in.

Database security

Information required to operate the platform may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure. Access to private account information should be restricted according to the platform's security rules.

Payment information

Payment-verification submissions are intended to be accessible only to authorized personnel responsible for reviewing payments.

Anonymous visitors

Public profile visitors may be represented by anonymous identifiers or sessions for analytics purposes without requiring the visitor to create a CobraTrust account.

Information users provide

Depending on how the platform is used, information may include account email, account identifier, business name, business description, business contact details, social links, profile information, trust proof, portfolio content and payment-verification information.

Public profile information

Information that a business intentionally publishes on its public CobraTrust profile may be visible to visitors. Businesses should never publish passwords, authentication codes, private financial information or other sensitive information they do not want to make public.

Anonymous visitor information

People can visit public profiles without necessarily having a CobraTrust account. The platform may use anonymous identifiers, sessions or similar technical information to measure profile views and supported interactions.

How information is used

• To display public business trust profiles.
• To provide profile analytics.
• To provide profile-view notifications.
• To process and verify subscriptions and payments.
• To maintain platform security.

Third-party services

CobraTrust may use third-party infrastructure providers for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, payment processing and other services required to operate the platform.

Data retention

CobraTrust may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, satisfy legitimate business requirements or comply with applicable obligations.

Privacy changes

By using CobraTrust, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the information you submit to CobraTrust and for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Accurate information

Businesses must not knowingly publish false, misleading or fraudulent information about themselves, their products or their services.

3. Prohibited activities

• Impersonating another person or business.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Uploading unlawful or harmful material.
• Submitting false payment information.
• Manipulating payment screenshots or verification evidence.
• Attempting to access another user's private account.
• Attempting to bypass CobraTrust security controls.
• Abusing analytics or automated platform systems.
• Using CobraTrust for unlawful purposes.

4. Verification

CobraTrust may approve, reject, suspend or request additional information during verification. Verification status may be removed where information is inaccurate, misleading or no longer satisfies the applicable requirements.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are provided according to the plan displayed at the time of purchase. Features dependent on an active plan may become unavailable when that plan expires.

6. Payment verification

Payment submissions are subject to review. Providing a transaction reference, bank information or screenshot does not automatically prove that payment has been received.

7. Public profiles

CobraTrust may restrict a public profile when a required subscription has expired, a required payment has not been verified, or the profile violates platform requirements.

8. Business transactions

CobraTrust is not automatically a party to transactions between businesses and their customers. Customers and businesses are responsible for making their own agreements and decisions.

9. No guaranteed business outcome

CobraTrust does not guarantee sales, customers, revenue, successful transactions, investment returns or any particular business outcome.

10. Platform availability

CobraTrust aims to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be free of technical errors.

11. Account suspension

CobraTrust may restrict or suspend an account where necessary to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, enforce platform rules or protect the security of the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

CobraTrust may update these Terms as the platform develops. Continued use of the service after applicable changes may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
